Delete your Execution Capital account

How to request deletion

1. Email privacy@execution.capital from the email address on the account.
2. Use the subject line Account deletion request — Execution Capital.
3. Include the account email and state that you want the account and associated personal data deleted.
4. We may ask for information needed to confirm you control that account before we delete it.

You can also open this page from the Execution Capital app: Account, then Request account deletion.

Data we delete

After we verify the request and complete it, we delete personal data we hold for that account, including:

• Name, email address, phone number, and other profile and onboarding details
• Sign-in records for that account
• Messages and other content you created in the app, except where a copy must stay for another participant or a legal duty
• Device push tokens registered for the Execution Capital app

Data we keep, and for how long

We keep only what a legal, tax, regulatory, fraud-prevention, or dispute duty still requires. That can include:

• Records of transactions, compliance checks, or disputes tied to the account
• A short record of this request (the email address and the date) so we can show the request was completed and so we do not contact you again for marketing

We keep those records only for the period the duty requires, then delete or anonymise them. We may also keep aggregated or anonymised information that no longer identifies you. The Privacy Policy describes this retention rule in full.
